AGNI-Sleeve

AGNI-Sleeve is a fire-stopping product consisting of flexible fire-resistant matting bonded to a layer of high-pressure exerting intumescent material. It is designed to be installed through fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings, creating a fire-resistant service passage.

In the event of a fire, the intumescent layer of AGNI-Sleeve expands up to 40 times its original thickness. This expanded material exerts intense inward pressure, forming a dense insulating char plug.

AGNI-Sleeve is a perfect solution for remediation projects. AGNI-Sleeve can be installed from above or below a floor slab or ceiling system. Unlike metallic-type drop-in collars, the flexible AGNI-Sleeve texture can easily adjust to any pipe diameter and is easy to manipulate and install. AGNI-Sleeve has a wide application range and is tested and certified for PP-R, PVC-U, Kelox pipes, big diameters of PEX and PEX-AL-PEX pipes, AC & cable bundles.

AGNI-Systems, protected with AGNI-Sleeve, offer a fire resistance range from -/60/60 to -/360/360.
