As the Agnitek engineering team started to develop the AGNI-Products line, our goal was to ensure the quality and consistent performance of AGNI-Products in fire exposure scenarios. We dedicated significant time and effort to embedding these critical attributes as inherent technical properties of AGNI products.

All AGNI-Products undergo rigorous fire testing to AS1530-4-2014 to ensure compliance with AS4072.1-2005. Our testing programme extends across a wide range of passive fire applications, including pipes, cables, cable bundles, and large-size apertures.

We actively collaborate with industry stakeholders to understand the current challenges faced by specifiers and installers. By staying informed, we're better equipped to provide assistance and solutions tailored to their needs.

AGNI-Box

AGNI-Box is a rectangular-shaped steel transit box engineered to offer robust protection for bundles of pipes and cables passing through a single fire-protection enclosure. AGNI-Box FR systems are designed to simplify installation, reduce costs, and ensure construction projects meet stringent fire safety standards.

AGNI-Black

AGNI-Black is a high-pressure-exerting intumescent sealant designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and gases through openings in fire-rated walls and floors. When exposed to high temperatures, AGNI-Black expands and closes openings around service penetrations, forming a dense char plug. This intumescent plug stays intact, maintaining the integrity of the fire-rated barrier.

AGNI-Wrap®

AGNI-Wrap is a universal flexible composite intumescent strip. It is installed around services to create a circular fire-stopping wrap seal for various service penetrations that pass through fire compartment walls, floors and ceilings.

In a fire, the intumescent material is activated. It expands, forming a stable fire-resistant plug that maintains fire integrity and insulation and stops the fire from spreading through building compartments.

AGNI-Shield®

AGNI-Shield is a 13mm thick, fire-resistant insulating blanket of flexible fibrous matting bonded to a foil layer. It is commonly used to wrap penetrating services that pass through fire-rated walls and floors, such as metal pipes, insulated services, power and data cables, cable trays, and AGNI-Box systems. This wrapping provides extra insulation to help prevent excessive heat transfer between fire compartments.

AGNI-Shield

AGNI-Board®

AGNI-Board is a rigid mineral fibre board coated with AGNI-Coat ablative sealant on both sides. This coating reduces the permeability of the mineral fibre, limiting the passage of smoke and hot gasses.

AGNI-Board has been rigorously tested in accordance with the AS1530.4-2014 to comply with AS4072.1-2005 and achieved FRL up to -/180/180.

AGNI-Coat®

AGNI-Coat is a water-based, environmentally friendly coating applied to the surface and to the edges of AGNI-Board pattress on-site. In the event of a fire, the coating releases water vapour, cooling the AGNI-Board surface. This enhances the fire resistance of fire-rated AGNI-Board systems, providing efficient passive thermal and fire protection.

AGNI-Seal®

AGNI-Seal is a fire-rated, water-based acrylic sealant designed for indoor and outdoor use, particularly in areas that need a fire-resistant seal. AGNI-Seal slightly expands to create a solid plug when exposed to fire, effectively blocking fire spread through openings or gaps in a fire-separating element. AGNI-Seal acrylic sealant has been robustly tested in accordance with the latest revision of AS1530.4-2014 to comply with AS4072.1 in various substrates and achieved FRL up to -/120/120.
