AGNI-Collar®

AGNI-Collar is a fire-rated protective device that prevents fire spread through service penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. It consists of a steel shell lined with advanced intumescent material, which expands rapidly when exposed to high temperatures. This expansion effectively seals off penetrations, maintaining the fire resistance of the wall/floor/ceiling.

AGNI-Collar can be used to protect various types of services such as PVCu, PVC-C, PP-R, PE, PP, cable bundles and etc. Available in multiple sizes, it accommodates different service diameters and is often installed with AGNI-Seal for enhanced protection against smoke and gas spread.

With its advanced intumescent technology, AGNI-Collar ensures a rapid sealing response. Upon activation, it expands to form a durable intumescent plug that remains intact, effectively maintaining the wall / floor / ceiling's fire resistance level (FRL/FRR).
